Access & Service Requirements

Servicing spas in the PNW comes with its own set of unique challenges across the seasons. Drawing from our extensive experience, we kindly request the following to ensure we maintain our commitment to affordable rates and top-quality service.

1. Proximity to Water Connection: Your spa should be located within 40 feet of a water connection to facilitate our service processes.

2. Functional Cover Lifter Bar: The cover lifter bar must be in good condition and working properly. If it's bent or detached, repairs or replacements are necessary before services can resume.

3. Well-Maintained Cover: Your spa's cover should be in good shape, free from waterlogging or tears. In case of damage, replacement is required before we can proceed with services.

4. Unobstructed Access: Clear access to your spa is crucial. This includes pathways free from vegetation overgrowth, accessible gates, and functional community gate codes.

5. Pet Considerations: If you have pets, ensure that your gates are easily accessible, and any dog waste is properly cleaned up.

6. Winter Preparedness (Spa Access): During winter, a plowed pathway to your spa is essential. Failure to provide access may result in service cancellation.

7. Winter Preparedness (Road Access): Throughout winter (Nov - April), there must be a well-maintained road leading to your property. Adequate space for vehicle turnaround and proper road grading are necessary to prevent risks. If access is hindered, a fee will apply to cover commuting time.

8. Winter Adjustments: From November to April, roads or driveways deemed hazardous by our staff will be excluded from service. Certain service zones might be temporarily unavailable, and properties posing significant challenges will be included in this service block.

9. Weather-Dependent Services: Services for the rest of the year depend on weather conditions and our Management's safety assessment.
